Screencast o Matic

Screencast-O-Matic is a free screen recording software developed to run on both Windows PC and Mac OS. Easily create and edit video recordings from your laptop or desktop and upload them directly to YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox or Google Drive so you can instantly share your content with the world. While Screencast-O-Matic is free, there is a Pro version available that includes feature which are not found in the free version.

Screencast-O-Matic will allow you to record your video in full screen HD or  the just a portion that you select. You can add voice over to narrate and use the draw tool to add a cursor or show a highlighted area on your video. Save your new video in one of the following popular video file formats: MP4, AVI or FLV movie.
